By accessing or using Stone Bazaar, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Stone Bazaar Private Limited.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform. Continued use of the platform following the publication of revised terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

• Users must be at least 18 years of age to register and use the platform.
• Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at all times.
• Business accounts must be created and operated by duly authorized representatives of the respective business entity.
• By using Stone Bazaar, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

• Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, including passwords and access tokens.
• You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not.
• You must immediately notify Stone Bazaar of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.
• Stone Bazaar reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts found to contain false, misleading, or inaccurate information, or that are being used in violation of these Terms.

• Vendors are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of their listings, product descriptions, images, catalogs, pricing, and all other business information published on the platform.
• Stone Bazaar does not verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy, quality, availability, safety, or legality of any listed products or services.
• Vendors must ensure that all content uploaded complies with applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms & Conditions.
• Stone Bazaar reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate, without prior notice.

Stone Bazaar is a technology platform that facilitates connections between buyers and vendors in the stone and marble industry. Stone Bazaar is not a party to any transaction conducted through the platform.

• Any transaction, negotiation, agreement, payment, delivery, warranty, or dispute shall be solely between the buyer and the vendor.
• Stone Bazaar does not act as an agent, broker, or intermediary in any commercial transaction.
• Stone Bazaar makes no representation or warranty regarding the conduct of users or the quality of any products exchanged.
• Any issues arising from buyer–vendor transactions must be resolved directly between the parties involved.

• Certain features and services on Stone Bazaar may require payment of subscription fees or listing charges, as specified on the platform.
• All fees are payable in advance unless otherwise expressly stated in writing.
• Payments made for subscriptions, premium listings, or promotional services are generally non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or as expressly stated in a separate agreement.
• Stone Bazaar reserves the right to modify its pricing structure at any time. Changes will be communicated to active subscribers with reasonable notice.
• Failure to pay applicable fees may result in suspension or termination of premium features or listings.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Stone Bazaar. Violation may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

All trademarks, logos, designs, software, content, and materials on Stone Bazaar are the exclusive intellectual property of Stone Bazaar Private Limited or its licensors, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content without the prior written permission of Stone Bazaar.
• Any unauthorized use of Stone Bazaar's intellectual property may constitute an infringement and may be subject to legal action.
• The Stone Bazaar name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of Stone Bazaar Private Limited.

By uploading, submitting, or otherwise making content available on Stone Bazaar — including product images, descriptions, catalogs, logos, or other materials — vendors grant Stone Bazaar a:

• Non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, display, reproduce, distribute, publish, and promote such content.
• This license is granted for the purposes of platform operations, marketing activities, promotional materials, and business development.
• This license remains in effect for the duration of the vendor's active account and for a reasonable period thereafter for archival and promotional purposes.
• Vendors represent and warrant that they have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to grant the above license.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Stone Bazaar, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Product quality issues, defects, or non-conformance with descriptions.
• Delivery delays, failures, or logistics disputes between buyer and vendor.
• Payment disputes, fraud, or financial losses arising from transactions.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunity, or goodwill.
• Any dispute, claim, or controversy between buyers and vendors.

Stone Bazaar's total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the user to Stone Bazaar in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

Stone Bazaar reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account — without prior notice or liability — that:

• Violates any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Engages in fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, or unlawful activities.
• Causes harm or potential harm to other users, Stone Bazaar, or third parties.
• Fails to maintain active subscription payments where applicable.

Upon termination, all licenses granted to the user are revoked, and the user must cease all use of the platform immediately.

Your use of the Stone Bazaar platform is also governed by the Stone Bazaar Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference and forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.

By using the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Stone Bazaar reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion.

• Updated versions will be published on the platform and become effective immediately upon publication.
• Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or platform notification where reasonably practicable.
• Your continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
