Collaboratively designed by Studio Lotus and GPL Design Studio, this project transformed a cluster of decaying, mid-20th-century industrial buildings into a vibrant, cutting-edge public and creative hub.

• The Philosophy (Adaptive Reuse): Rather than flattening the site's rich industrial heritage, the designers repurposed old boiler rooms, chemical plants, and storage silos into a contemporary gallery, event space, showroom, and public park.

• The Aesthetics: It masterfully contrasts the raw, historical textures of exposed red brick, weathered concrete, and industrial steel trusses with sleek, ultra-modern glass insertions and contemporary interior details.
